Announcement: Sorry due to family responsabilities the retreat has been postponed
We are pleased to announce the B&B Aloha Wellness Retreat for 2014We will include, Meditation techniques, Aromatherapy, Tai Chi, Qui Gong and Yoga with options for Massage, Cranial Sacral Bodywork and couple's self applications.
Breakfast and bag lunch will be provided along with dinner the first nite.
Dinner meals are extra (more details later with a full menu)
Our first date in June will begin on Wednesday that's the best day to fly Hawaiian Air from California
Cranial Sacral Bodywork is a subtle energy technique that opens the spinal column and blocked meridians to relieve pain and enhance deep relaxation. Sessions increase fluidity to the body and provide openings for emotional or mental blocks.
